Brand Identity Design.

A brand is the visual and emotional representation of your company, and it comes with a distinctive set of emotions, ideas, and feelings that set you apart from the competition. It is applied across all touchpoints, and conveys the essence of what you stand for.

A well designed brand identity will connect you to your target audience, helping them to feel invested in your company. It extends far beyond a good logo; it is the sum of all the experiences customers have with your company, and is key to your success.

We develop every brand with the future in mind. By gaining a real understanding of your target audience, your competition, and the latest trends and innovations in your industry, we are able to create a brand identity that is fresh and current, whilst still maintaining the core essence of what your company stands for.

Furthermore, we embrace new channels and technologies so that we can stay ahead of any potential emerging trends and incorporate them into your brand experience.

By remaining flexible and adaptive, and by creating a brand that is open to change through an investment in organic storytelling, we can make sure that your brand’s future is secure in our rapidly changing world.

Our Creative Process.

Our approach to the creative design process is both methodical and organic. We have perfected our system from over a decade of working on a variety of different projects with a multitude of different clients. Our system allows for maximum transparency and collaboration, whilst making it as easy as possible for our clients.

Whilst the process is tailored to each specific project and individual client, we use these guidelines to ensure high quality design solutions that achieve results.

01 | Discuss

We begin every project by learning about our clients and their ideas, before assessing the full project requirements in detail.

02 | Discover

We then generate insights, and gather information, to serve as the foundation, and set the groundwork for our designs.

03 | Draft

We then work on our initial ideas and mould the drafts into real designs that will align with the client’s overall objectives.

04 | Demonstrate

Our initial work will be presented with a thorough and detailed explanation of the design choices that were made.

05 | Develop

After receiving feedback, we can then make any necessary edits, revisions, or changes to refine the designs and concepts further.

06 | Deliver

We make any last adjustments before sending the final files along with any instructions or specific guidelines.

Frequently Asked Questions.

What is your pricing structure?

We use a variety of factors to determine the pricing of our services, including how complex the project is, as well as the amount of time we expect to work on it. We rarely charge by the hour, unless there is an undefined scope, as we want to avoid any surprise costs for our clients. We are aware of the market rates for our services, and we aim to be an affordable alternative to our competitors. If you have a budget in mind, we will always do our best to work within it.

How can a London agency be affordable?

Making good design accessible is a core principle of MEDIAFEAR. Post COVID-19, we have all moved to work from home, using our office space only for essential meetings. This has reduced our costs greatly, and we have passed this onto our clients. Additionally, the shift towards video meetings and online collaboration has increased the speed of our workflow, further benefiting our clients.

What is it like working with your agency?

Since our inception, we have prioritised a smooth and straightforward experience for our clients. We believe that trust is the key to any good relationship, which is why we use a simple agreement of our terms and conditions in place of a signed contract. Each project begins with a meeting or call to discuss the project requirements in detail, and to set any boundaries or expectations. We operate a 50% deposit policy, with the remainder payable upon project completion, though this is reduced to 25% on larger projects, and we provide multiple easy methods of payment including bank transfers. For non-£GBP currencies (such as but not limited to $USD, €EUR, and cryptocurrencies) we offer several easy low fee methods of payment.

We are contactable by phone or email, as well as all video meeting apps, and we are available 24/7/365 for our clients. We provide frequent updates on our progress.

Do you provide ongoing support?

We are always available to help our clients at anytime, no matter how long it has been since the conclusion of our work together. We provide free ongoing support as standard for minor edits or changes to our work, and for long term work, maintenance, or website hosting, we offer retainer packages. We are happy to advise and consult with our clients, or even non-clients who just have questions.

How experienced is your team?

Since 2010, we have worked with hundreds of clients across 32 different countries in a multitude of different industries. Some of the industries we’ve operated in are: Software, Healthcare, Finance, Hospitality, Retail, Education, Property, Entertainment, Professional Services, and the Public Sector. Projects have ranged from same day turnaround (a priority service we call ‘Speedy Delivery’) to 6+ months or ongoing, and many have seen us evolve into new areas of design including manufacturing and videography. For anything we do not provide directly, we work closely with agencies who have similar values to ours, and we handle everything on behalf of our clients to keep things as simple as possible for them.

What is the estimated timeline for a project?

We always aim to work as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality, and we always deliver by our deadlines. When starting a project, we will provide an estimated time frame but as each project is different, we cannot provide set timelines before assessing the requirements.
